This makeup stool features a pneumatic gas lift mechanism that allows the seat height to be adjusted from 18 inches to 24 inches (45.7 to 61 cm). The height adjustment lever is located under the seat on the right side. The seat is made of molded polyurethane foam with a vinyl (PVC) cover that is easy to clean with a damp cloth. The seat diameter is 11 inches (28 cm), and the shape is slightly contoured for better weight distribution. The base is constructed from chromed steel tubing with five caster wheels. Two of the casters are lockable to prevent unwanted rolling. The caster diameter is 2 inches (5 cm), suitable for low-pile carpet or hard floors.
